“La Merveilleuse de Lascaux Lafarge” is an exceptional chestnut, a family production sold “direct producer” without intermediaries, and picked by hand. The picking is manual, the debugging (to remove the bug that protects the fruit) is mechanical, it is done with a small electric machine. No inputs of animal origin are used, nor is any animal husbandry carried out on the farm.
